General Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of this store and your purchases from Žiga Tartara, s.p. (trading as KOLP Industries), Volfova ulica 15, Srednje Jarše, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia, company no. 7572859000 ("KOLP").
1. The contract
Displaying products is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation / dispatch notice. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, stock, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
2. Products
Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. Fabric composition, care and measurements are as stated on the product page; [[ confirm final specs with supplier before relying on this clause ]].
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout. Bundle pricing: multi-packs (3, 5, 7) are sold at the pack price shown; the discount applies to the pack as a whole. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods offered. Cash on delivery, where offered ([[ COD_COUNTRIES ]]), is payable in full to the carrier on delivery and may carry a handling fee.

See our Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns page.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
Goods must conform to the contract. If they do not, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the consumer-sales law of your country of residence (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund), free of charge, within the statutory period. This is separate from our commercial return promise.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for a contract is limited to the order value, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss.
8. Intellectual property
The KOLP name, wordmark, site content and imagery are owned by KOLP or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence. The EU ODR platform is at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
